Cech named Man of the Match on ice hockey debut wearing Chelsea and Arsenal-inspired helmet

Just in case you aren't aware, former chelsea legend and arsenal star Petr Cech is now an official hockey player, playing for Guildford Phoenix. You can read the article about this HERE

Petr Cech caused huge discussions and excitement amongst football fans and analysts around the world when he made this known on Twitter. He made it known that he had always been a lover of hockey since childhood but due to money required to get the gears which at that time was very expensive, he couldnt make his dream then possible but now he is retired and willing to give the game of hockey a try.

Aged 37, Cech called it quits on his football career earlier this year but was able to pick up a role in June as an advisor at Chelsea Fc. He no doubt impacted/influenced games and also, had the best experiences most footballers would wish for. This is evident by the number of saves, clean sheets (he has the most in the premiere league) , titles and cups he's won during his time.

Petr Cech made his first start in hockey for Guildford Phoenix against Swindon Wildcats in a display of class which saw him pick up "MOTM" title after the game ended. Although, It ended in draws and as result, they went for a penalty shoot out to decide the winner. Legendary Cech was able to keep out 2 shots from going in which was huge for the team by making them winners of the clash.
