Kashmir news: Prepaid mobile connections restored in Jammu and Kashmir | India News - Times of India

It is good that normalcy is being restored in Kashmir. After article 370 was abolished and Kashmir truly made a part of India, internet services had been shut in the state. India was getting all the negative attention of the press. Anyway, now international delegations are being sent to the state. Apparently, schools are normal, people are going to jobs but still lot of people are doubting how normal the situation is.
