Jill Ellis, the legendary coach of the US Women's National Team who led the team to back-to-back FIFA Women's World Cup titles, is stepping down in early October, US Soccer announced Tuesday.
This is quite a news! She's actually a good coach and I hate to see her stepping down but I guess it really has to go. Sometimes, change is inevitable. She did what her team needs best. Surely, they're proud and thankful of here for all the contributions and effort she has done. What we need to look forward now is the future.
