Some of us are better at handling stressful situations than others. We are better at it because either we are genetically disposed of to be so or having been exposed to stressful situations, we have learnt to handle it well.

Peter Clough, professor of psychology at university of Huddersfield. says people can be taught and trained in mental toughness as a psychological attribute. Students who are taught and trained in mental toughness tend to do well in stressful situations and so are far more likely to be leaders in their field when they grow up.
