This has been an issue before with the San Antonio Spurs. Time came when it was an issue for Kawhi Leonard for Toronto Raptors. That's not rightful because it is against the NBA policy. 

What I am wondering is why is it LA Clippers is not mentioned. There's a time when they didn't allow Kawhi Leonard to play so he can save his strength. There's initial report that he is not healthy. However, it turned out he is healthy.
