Genetic Mutation: Scientist Explains How Some People Need Only 4 Hours of Sleep
There are some people who not only function without the recommended 8 hour sleep. They also have a higher pain threshold and they don't feel the jet lag. Those last 2 things I would consider real awesome.. These people also tend to have really good memory too. Basically these people are more efficient sleepers. They can get by with 4-6 hours. They even live longer lies too :) It's probably a newer mutation in human genes.
