I actually thought superstition are only pertinent to Africa, but no, even Jamaicans too have a share of this ridiculous stuff we are meant to believe but in themselves aren't true in any way. It might be that since it has happened to one or two person it automatically becomes a stamped superstition and believe.

Funny aspect of it is that many of this superstitions is that it shares some similarities with some Africans superstitions too.
