Cananbis may be made recreationally legal in New Mexico in 2020.
After legalizing medical cananbis usage, New Mexico is taking aim at recreational usage using the same premise. This is a great time to strike on the issue if full legalization at a state level.
States' rights are key, and legalization on a federal level is coming soon. What a year 2020 is turning out to be!
