More than six months ago, I specially wrote an article in my personal blog on blogger.com about how I used to lose weight without any diets in the hope of motivating myself to take new actions.

The love of sweets, delicious pastries so dragged on that it seemed impossible to refuse all this. The idea that I personally wrote a motivating article did not leave me. I have to take up myself again, I constantly thought. I was able to realize only three months after writing the article.

Overweight didn't bother me so much, I'm not a young girl. The main reason for changing your diet was high cholesterol for a rather long time. Of course, what I ate could not be eaten in such quantity. Everything should be moderated, including in food. Realizing all this, she continued to live the same day. As a result, overweight, and even bad cholesterol is growing.

A little over three months ago, finally decided to firmly change their eating habits. Reduced the amount of food per day, also changed it in favor of vegetables, fruits, that is, there was less overall food, but most importantly reduced its calorie content.

For about ten days, the weight stood still. Then I stopped every day getting on the scales so as not to get upset. Weighed after a week, the weight decreased by 3 kg, and everything froze on this result. Having previous experience losing weight, I also continued to eat. Sweets, pastries were completely excluded, also did not add sugar to tea, coffee. I have not eaten bread with food for a long time, only occasionally used it for sandwiches. During the experiment with weight loss, I ate small sandwiches with fish, lean ham on bread about once every 10 days. Completely abandoned sandwiches with butter and cheese, before, although rarely, but allowed herself. I used to love pasta with butter and cheese, I also refused them, as well as fatty meat dishes. I mainly use chicken breast and turkey.

So imperceptibly, my weight still decreased by another 3 kg, and then another as much, and again. Surprisingly, the weight reached a certain point and did not decrease periodically, although nutrition by caloric value was approximately the same. I did not count strictly calories, but still tentatively watched. Then he fell and stagnation again. So in a little over two months I lost weight by a total of 9 kg. Already a month after this, the weight almost stands still, even increased by 1 kg, then again decreased. During this period I violated my "diet" - my birthday, then I ate delicious treats. Then, after a while, the guests, with them, I did not demonstrate that I was losing weight, although I noticed it in appearance. It is somehow inconvenient to treat them, but to sit next to you myself and not to eat at the same time. After the guests, I took up myself and continued to eat with restrictions.

At first it was hard to follow such a diet, and then got used to it. I do not pay attention in shops to counters with chocolate, ice cream, cakes, pastries. I don’t bake buns myself either. Very rarely bake pizza, eat it in much smaller quantities than before.

I will continue to live on with such nutrition. I liked it, now it’s not disgusting to look at myself in the mirror. I don’t need to reduce weight anymore, but it is unlikely to fall anymore, I’m not starving.

I achieved almost such a result for a much shorter period of time, without paying a dime to nutritionists, without picking up a special diet.
