My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2020

Heute war der letzte Feiertag der Weihnachtszeit. Mit den heiligen drei Königen ist für mich immer das neue Jahr so richtig angebrochen und das Weihnachtliche verschwindet.
Somit ist aber auch die Unregelmäßigkeit vorbei und es kann sich wieder ein normaler Rhythmus einpendeln. Das hat auch etwas für sich. Man muss nicht mehr zwischen den Feiertagen vorarbeiten und danach nacharbeiten.
Nichtsdestotrotz habe ich den heutigen Tag sehr genossen. Ich war ein letztes Mal auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt

(ja, er war noch geöffnet) und bin vorher eine Runde durch den Nebel joggen gewesen.

Dabei habe ich mich immer an der Grenze zum Sonnenschiein bewegt. Somit konnte ich ab und zu auch richtig schön klare Momente miterleben.
