Deutung:

• Der erste Vers des Kapitel 40 des Buches Jesja beginnt mit den Worten: "Tröstet, tröstet mein Volk!, spricht euer Gott.“ (Jes. 40,1) Die folgenden Verse handeln davon das Gott seinem Volk vergeben wird und seine Herrlichkeit sichtbar macht. Das Kommen Jesus Christus wird angekündigt, (Messias) der sich um die seinen wie der gute Hirte kümmern wird. Dann erzählt der Prophet von dem Ungleichgewicht von dem Menschen im Gegensatz zu Gott.
• Bis es dann zu dem heutigen Losungsvers kommt."Warum sprichst du denn, Jakob, und du, Israel, sagst: »Mein Weg ist dem HERRN verborgen, und mein Recht geht an meinem Gott vorüber?«
  (Jes. 40,27) In diesem Vers fragt Gott sein Volk angesichts seiner Größe, wie sie darauf kommen, dass ihr Schicksal vor ihm verborgen bleibt.Das Gegenteil ist der Fall: „Er gibt dem Müden Kraft, und Stärke genug dem Unvermögenden.“ (Jes. 40,29)
• Nun frage ich mich wie passt das denn zusammen und was möchte Gott uns sagen? Was möchte er erreichen?
• Es bleibt die unbegreifliche Größe Gottes und die Nichtigkeit des Menschen.
• Ein Prediger erklärte das mal so. Wenn Du eine Null bist und Jesus eine 1, dann seid Ihr zusammen eine 10. In dieser Aussage steckt viel drin was mit dem heutigen Thema zu tun hat!
• Wenn wir uns gross machen und uns darstellen was wir nicht sind, das bringt uns nicht weiter. Ich denke was uns weiterbringt ist, wenn wir uns mit dem allmächtigen Gott verbinden lassen, und genau dafür hat Jesus gesorgt.
• Gott kennt die Seinen, wie er im 2. Vers schreibt. Wir gehören zu Ihm. Alles was wir durchmachen, macht er mit uns durch. Die 1 und die 0.
