nichtiges bekommt den vorrang
ziellos umherirrend der verwirrten gang
den kopf gebeugt nach unten
ungenutzt verstreichen so die stunden
in selbstverliebte bilder und texte verloren
eine neue generation der einsamkeit geboren.

the poem is written in german. that´s just a simple translation. sorry for missing rhythm, rhymes and for all the grammar mistakes.

precedence
the void gets the right of way
aimless is the walk of the confused wanderer
head bowed down
unused hours passing by
lost in self-involved pictures and texts
born a new generation of loneliness.

ich danke dir @chruuselbeeri für dein vote und kommentar.
ja, leider sind viele nur noch mit ihrem job, dem smartphone und sich selbst beschäftigt. die umschreibung generation head-down trifft es m.e. ganz gut. manchmal fühle ich mich umgeben von einer gesellschaft von sklaven, die sich ihrem smartphone völlig unterworfen haben und die gezwungen sind nach unten zu schauen und nicht mehr aufrecht gehen können.
