Updated the SteemMonster Discord Bot

Hi all,

the new release of Steemmonsters and the ongoing stability issues of the Bot finally gave me the motivation to update the Bot and to rewrite parts of the calculations done in the background.
Instead of showing the number of cards per edition it now shows first the value and then in brackets the number of cards.
I also took the time to upload this to Github, this Bot has always been free and open source and as long as I can spare the time always will be.

In the next step, I will most likely create the functionality to see the development of the worth of single cards and also the portfolio of a player. Since this is a little more complicated it most likely will take a bit of time though.

If anybody has good ideas of what to integrate additionally please tell me in the comments or on Github.
