Hi!

My camera did an oopsie, and the photo I wanted to put first in this post was corrupted.

For some reason, I couldn't get the interlacing fixed, so I skewed the photo and tried my all to "blend" the stripes a bit. No success there.

I managed to shoot the flowering raspberry into an interesting photo again.

I'll edit the missing info for these plants a bit later. I'll be reading James Herriot's "The Lord God Made Them All" (Wikipedia ISBN search) to the boys now. Interesting how the title of the book is so pompously religious, and the book itself has no noticeable religious overtones. It's just an account of a countryside veterinarian in the mid 20th century.

It's a good book. I warmly recommend reading it.
