My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2020

First let me show you some flowers to cheer us up.

These orchids were on display at the moment of my visit. I was tempted to buy one but it was too cold to carry it home.

Finally, after two days skipped, yesterday was able to do half of my cycling training.

11 very slow km but at least is something. Was feeling better yesterday but not good enough to do 20km. Today I need to do more and get back in shape. Lucky me, my body is strong and didn't get the flu.

147km done, 203 to go. I need to do 20/day if I want results.

The scale is still not my friend. Need to get back to my diet starting from today and together with calorie burning continue my weight loss program. Two days of bad behaviour cancelled 9 days of work.

Tomorrow is a new day and all things are new, so it's our opportunity to fix what we might not have done the best on today, tomorrow. I completely understand how you feel. I like food....maybe too much, so it's always a struggle. You did will with your 5386 @actifit steps. We can both do better tomorrow! Have a wonderful weekend.😎👍
