I don't see projects like @qurator or @steem-ua being attacked and @upvoteshares is similar to those as there are both quality and SP investment requirements before it's possible to join and the model itself is really solid. I can in a way understand that downvoters have problems if a program just upvotes anything or if it's build on a highly questionable economic model like SBI. It' hard to argue that programs that provide some basic upvotes push the price down as they really help people stay on the platform from my experience.
Well what ever their reasoning hf21 and #newsteem has already caused a bit of discomfort for previously regular posters... who knows past the seemingly obvious agenda of increasing their own rewards as whales where the enforcement of control will stop.
