We have CABIN FEVER and so we are headed on a scenic drive in Arkansas.
Cordie is coming too!
The Pig Trail Scenic Route is an amazing opportunity to really experience the Ozark twisty-turny road in the Ozarks of Arkansas. Since we have not driven the full route, we decided it would be a great drive.

Taking the toll road from Tulsa to Highway 40, we quickly made our way to the starting point Workman'Travel Center. Here we grabed catfish and headed out!

That catfish in newspaper is so south.
It is hard to find fried catfish without gluten flour so when i find it, I get it. It was delish
