Morning Thoughts ...
Having my usual coffee to start the day, I am starting to really enjoy this gratitude challenge I took upon myself. For a month, each morning, I write down 3 things I am grateful for. It only takes 5 min & it can be life changing.

As this project goes along, the things listed have to be new things each day. It gets more challenging as time goes on but it really allows you to dig deep & think of what you are truly blessed with. ✨
I am only 5 days in but it already is opening my eyes, as grateful as I naturally am. It will be interesting to see how it progresses & what I can report back to you. ✨

gratitude challenges are very powerful. I suggest writing them down everyday, so you can reread them. and when you start focusing on the good things, the negative things get much smaller on the radar. Looking forward to the 30 report
