November 11th - MY Road to 3000 CTP

Last Week Task
@jongolson in this post "The Road to 3000 CTP" challenged his Tribe members and everyone else to reach 3,000 CTP Powser. I didn't think I would be able to complete that goal before the end of November. But at the end of last week, I had reached the 3K CTP Power. It's surprising to me that I'm able accomplish more than what I set for myself each month. My screenshot is below.
I've started on my next goal of 5000K CTP Power. I'm going to allow myself 2 months or more to reach that incentive. I've read numerous posts from other Tribe members who have already accomplished this and/or exceeded it. To those members, I congratulate you.
I already posted my one-week progress in the November Steem Terminal's Redfish Rally Contest. I actually managed to record 9 posts and 75 comments. I'm proud I was able to accomplish that in a week.
This Week's Goals
My goals for this week are:
1. post a minimum or surpass the number of posts and engagements with others I did last week; and
2. not join any new Tribes, but to learn more about the ones I have already joined. The Discord channels of the Tribes in which I'm a member hold a wealth of information I'm still trying to grasp. Some Tribes require a bit more participation in order to enjoy the benefits of being a member. So far, I like the Tribes I have joined. Interaction with as many of the members as I can is a plus for me. I'm amazed at all the talented people I've met through the Tribes' Discord channels whom I would otherwise not have stopped to read their posts and engage with.
About a month after joining Steem, I took on a different mindset, remembering not to race against anyone else or to reach anyone else's goals. I'm only pushing myself to do better each week and each month. I'll eventually get there. And when I do, I'll congratulate myself for a job well done. So far, I'm satisfied with my progress, especially with the fact that I only started a little over 90 days ago.
