My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2020

Yesterday I woke up late, around 8 AM. I just had my breakfast and went to the Dental Clinic. I had an appointment with the dentist.

After the procedure I went home and helped prepared our lunch then washed the dishes after lunch.

I tried to sleep in the afternoon but I couldn't because of my back pain.

Around 10 PM I went to the hospital 'coz I'm scheduled for night shift. This morning for sure I'll just stay on the bed.😊
