BAT Disappearing From Brave Browser - Solution
If you are an Android user and you are using brave browser, there is a strong possibility that you might have turned on brave rewards as well.(If you are not using brave browser, you can download it here) Well, if you have done it and if you have updated the app recently, you might have noticed that the BAT balance in your wallet is disappearing and no new BAT is added to your wallet in case you are watching ads.
I am also facing this problem since I upgraded to the latest version of the browser. I watched around 20-30 ads since then but there is no new credit to the wallet. Seeking answers to this, I went to brave forum where this was listed as a bug at the top. I opened the post and saw that this is an error from their end for which they apologized as well. The post also said that they were working on this problem and it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Now for those of you who are facing a similar issue, there is a simple way to get back your lost BAT. Simply write an email to [email protected] and mention your problem along with your browser information. They will credit back the lost BAT once they fix this issue.
