MAXUV Report: Free MAXUV Tokens & Crypto News - Don't Panic! - 10 January 2020
A new layout, now showing both MAXUV news and something from the broader cryptospace that I find interesting.
I shall try to post every day or two.
MAXUV News
Today I noticed that our standard MAXUV token price point of 1 STEEM had expired - hence was no longer on offer. On Steem Engine, all open orders expire after 30 days. I usually update such orders a day or two before the expiry date - I obviously forgot to do so this time.
But don't panic! This doesn't affect the member votes, it just would have looked a bit odd to anybody on the market.
Recently, we are experiencing some glitches with our voter. I check this on a daily basis and manually vote on any missed posts, so no member will be losing our support. The timing of a vote makes no difference to the actual author, it merely means a bit of lost curation. Also, as manual upvotes are rounded up to the nearest whole number, some members have received slightly higher votes than usual. Note also that manual upvotes will tend to come from just one account, so will also see an increase in the voting weight.
Just to repeat some recent news, that the BuildBetter Contest has come to a close.
