I hit this wall with some frequency with all kinds of platforms and apps. I'm sure there's a way around it ā€“ there always is ā€“ but it's beyond me. And, my son ā€“ who is my resident tech phenom ā€“ wasn't cooperative in figuring it out. He's not up on the minutia of crypto platform idiosyncrasies as he is on most other other tech platform specifics.

And, my experience over the years is that the apps and platforms eventually get around to including Mac compatibility in their system programming. In most cases, it takes about a year or so for them to catch up. SteemIt seems to run behind the curve on those things. I think most of it has to do with Mac's integrated security protocols.

Maybe I could help... but you have to tell me what is happening exactly... can you at least log in on https://steem-engine.com?
And if so, what do you see?
As long as you don't "stake" (powerup) some of your coins, your vote only counts in steem...

You could also try to log in on https://www.creativecoin.xyz/@momzillanc and powerup in the wallet overthere... from then on, everytime you upvote someone, you will give steem and creativecoins... and also get curation for both...

Yes. I can log in and see the wallet and the tokens, etc. I cannot do anything with them. When you click on the lock ā€“ as directed ā€“ a failure message is returned.

The creativecoin link you provided requests I choose a percentage for my upvote ā€“ how do those percentages work? If I choose 100%, does that mean that person gets all my voting power and none remains for anyone else?

The first several people's posts are ones I upvoted in regular SteemIt and resteemed. Is the voting on that creativecoin link a different set of votes?

A lot of questions šŸ˜‚

Don't worry too much about your voting power. Right now, every time you vote in steemit, you do that at 100% already... Steemit doesn't allow percentages as long as your Steem Power is lower than 500. If you want to know how much your vote is worth right now, just check: https://steemworld.org/@momzillanc
(Every time you vote with 100%, your total "voting capacity" will go down with +/-2% in the large indicator on the top left... you can test it out easily...)

The posts you see in creativecoin are all posts that used the tag #creativecoin... even when they are created in steemit.

When you vote with 100% in steemit (what you're already doing right now), you also vote with 100% in creativecoin. (as long as the post has the right tag). So in fact, it doesn't cost you anything more... the votes works in "parrallel"... but for that you need to power-up some of all of your creativecoins...
