Viola immediately after a 1 week vacation hiatus (Day 38)

Viola had to take a hiatus for a little over a week while I was on vacation in Taiwan, so naturally, I'm a bit rusty. This is simply a video of me jumping back on and playing whatever I remember by heart in a row.

Pretttty nasty. But, it's a nice little checkpoint to compare to Day 1 to now, and where I can push forward from here. I finally, kind of, learned the vibrato but it's proving impressively difficult to use in the context of a song. It's still really difficult but I'll try to post a video using that technique in the coming days.

Anyway, I can see what I have to improve here. The usual; corpse-style bowing hand, squeaky tones, blah blah blah. I will be focussing purely on scales rather than songs for a little while, too, to become more familiar with the 'fretboard'.
