Happy Tuesday that feels like it should be Wednesday!! I hope every one has had a great day/night today! I had a very long day at work yesterday, and a very early morning today....with little sleep in between. I am POOPED!! BUT despite feeling so exhausted, I have VERY EXCITING NEWS!!!

My Daughter and I started up a podcast called Momma Bear Connects!! You can find us on Spotify, Anchor, and soon to be on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, and many more! We just launched our first Introduction podcast two days ago!! We are so grateful to have the ability to start this, and work with each other to create this beautiful message of ours!

We are going to focus on the Parent/Teenager views on topics that are fun, to topics that are not so much fun to go through! We will talk about mental health, statistics of different things, our opinions on all kinds of situations, and so much more!!! We cannot wait to bring our life lessons to the table to be open and raw about what we have been through!

I am such a proud momma bear, and I want other parents to enjoy their kids as much as I do! The link to listen to our podcast is in this link

Be sure to subscribe and keep an eye out for the other outlets once they get approved! We have social media set up on both FaceBook and Instagram (but I will also try my best to keep this up to date with new episodes as well) Just search Momma Bear Connects on either, and you will have some inside fun with our podcast!!

i listened to a little of this yesterday. twas beautiful the realtionship you have, but also very difficult for me to handle as I reflected on the relationship with my own family and mother. having such a unique connection is a gift.

Yes this is how all parents/ families should be and not disconnected / broken with sick patterns / behaviours which are 95 % of families .. i am sure your messages and exchanges will help a lot of teenagers , mothers , dads and families . It is VERY needed <3<3<3 Much Love

Congratulations on your podcast, I really enjoyed it. As a mum to 3 girls it was really great to hear the relationship you and your daughter have, it is very inspiring. That story about your son as well, it did get me laughing, oh the things they get up to when we turn away lol
