SPOOOOKY FEARS - Episode #9

Take a journey of fear with Addie and I as we talk about fears and how to cope with them :) . Find out what our fears are and how we work to over come what we are most afraid of!!

Our topic came up when Addie had to face a fear of needles this week, when she had Dry Needling done to help loosen the strained muscles in her hip. She nearly passed out, but did a great job! She is now reaping the benefits of her bravery with a less hurty hip and more movement!
