Busy With Christmas Gifts
I’m on a roll with knitting stuff and have basically been parked every evening in front of Netflix with a knit in my hand. I’m basically a modern grandma.
My sleep schedule is shit, the weather is shit and I have no inspiration for photography at the moment so I’ve been immersing myself into handworks so I don’t go crazy.
My hands are near bleeding for so much knitting but I can’t stop because I’m feeling inspired. Knitting has been, along with photography, the other consant hobby for almost all my life.
I’ve been wanting to do something out of this reflective neon yarn for ages and now I’m getting to it. I’m mixing a very wild yarn with a traditional herringbone pattern for a pair of mittens. Look how cool the yarn looks under a flash!

Lol. Yeah, we sort of do. Only goes as cold as about 13° in the day and maybe 2° at night at the coldest though.
It snows in Australia though, just not in the State I live in.
Yes, we will be in Finland next year in July, the coldest month here. You better have my mittens ready.

I dislike sewing, there is not enough of a touch for me to like it, just frustrates me 😅
