COVID19 in South America
I traveling in South America. Peru just closed its border and Argentina as well. I'm in Chile and it seems like the situation is quite normal over here though, they just announced the date of closing the border too...
On the 18, Chile will close the border. Just one day before my flight out of the country to Brazil, even worse-case scenario huh?
I'm not quite sure yet what I would do next or where would I go... Seems like the situation is getting worse everywhere. Scrolling down twitter also saw these tweets that google translate in English to something like this...
#CoronaVirusEnChile chaotic. Supermarkets and pharmacies full. All kinds of alcohol disappeared. Masks. Gloves are left. Vitamin C and probiotics already running low.

Being an Asian girl with all bald head would be a bit funny walking around in Chile while being locked-down.
It would also be such a bad situation don't have anywhere to stay because no hostels accepts the infected ones. People get disgusted by me and all that. No friends but depression...
Still in the situation that I don't know which way I would go... Here in Chile? Brazil? Back to the US? Back to home country in Thailand? I heard that's worse...

Lol whenever I think of Chile I’m reminded of this funny story I went to another city during the soccer World Cup in South Africa to watch Chile versus Switzerland and as I was leaving the stadium this camera crew of a Chilean TV station stopped to ask for an interview and then with all the hype and noise it took then a while to realise I’m not Chilean! LOL it was hella awkward as if an African can’t be brown and Latin looking come on
