BEING TAKEN FOR A COVID-19 TEST

Currently, what is your biggest fear? I think I know the possible answer to that. People all around the world are fighting a war today with the help of some soldiers called doctors. You all may have the fear that what if you are in the 3 percent which COVID-19 can wipe out. If you don't fear it, you should because no one knows if you are going to survive.

Well, today I got stuck into the thought, will I be positive in my COVID-19 test? Let's start from the beginning. I traveled to another city with my elder brother but, when I came back, I stayed home quarantine with my family for 14 days. When someone tells you that you can't leave your home for 14 days, you may think of it as a blessing. I imagined every day to be like Sunday. But every day was a Deja vu and non-stop boring time. At least I could chat with my friends on my computer and play some games with them.

Finally, the day appears when an ambulance arrives and takes me for the COVID-19 test. I was very comfortable and confident though I also had a feel what if.....? I looked at the ambulance and thought that could be the death vehicle. The ambulance stopped at a place, we had reached the hospital. I entered the room for my COVID-19 test. I waited and gazed at the notices and some signs that concerned COVID-19. One of them looked like this.

My brother was playing Clash Of Clans (game). I was surprised because it was clear he didn't care. Suddenly, an unexpected thing happened. I coughed, and then I coughed once again. My heart was beating rapidly. I looked at the doctors and medical staff to confirm if they had noticed, luckily they hadn't. I moisturized my interior of my collum with some saliva in my mouth. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, they say, "you are free to go". I said in my heart, "What, no test. Okay, no problem". I assumed that they didn't have enough testing kits so they might have thought if he has survived 14 days to home without any symptoms then let him go! Well, I even didn't have any symptoms showing that I am an infected case though I had faced flu twice since the pandemic started and twice I was completely fine after two days.

I went out from that place and saw some birds chirping, mainly those crows crying caw, caw, caw. It was drizzling, and the weather was pleasant outside. I sat on a bench and saw the sun in a water puddle. I looked around and saw green trees and some little plants growing. So, I was eager to accept it that I could see the signs of life. They made me feel confident that it wasn't my time.
