The World Bank launched a $500m Pandemic Bond, and if I understand this correctly, investors' payday is July 15 2020. You read this right.

So there are literally 500 million reasons the WHO has not classified it as pandemic.

That makes Corona Token look like an angel compared to this freaking mess.
