So sad to see the attitude of Mexican government. I understand the dilemma of fees, but it doesn't need to put a fee to force people to use it. It will be enough if they stop people for some hours and they will become more responsible as a society in this pandemic situation. It's clear that they don't understand how the virus is transmitted.
Any way, pour of my country with this kind of mentality.
