Zucchini and Cheese Pasta Recipe

Italian cuisine never goes out of style. Pizza and pasta are some of the most common dishes in Europe and North America. There is no sauce in this dish, but there are zucchini and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 300 g squash;
  • 15 g butter;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • a pinch of black pepper;
  • 100 g cream;
  • 200 g of pasta;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • 50 g of cheese.

Cooking



Finely chop the zucchini . Put in a frying pan, melt the butter and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. Add salt, pepper and cream, leave over low heat for another 5 minutes.

Place the pasta in water, add the olive oil and cook for 6–8 minutes. Grate the cheese. When the pasta is ready, put them on plates, add zucchini and sprinkle with cheese.
