Cauliflower fried in spicy egg batter on water
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- 60-100 ml of water;
- 2-3 cloves of garlic;
- several branches of parsley;
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin;
- 2 teaspoons of paprika;
- 1 teaspoon ground chili;
- ¼ teaspoon of turmeric;
- salt to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking
Boil inflorescences in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Throw in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Beat eggs. Pouring water while pouring, then add flour. Add chopped garlic, finely chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, chili, turmeric and salt. Put cabbage in batter and mix.
Heat oil in a pan or pan. Cabbage should float freely in it. Put in portions in inflorescence oil and fry, stirring, about 5 minutes until golden brown.
