My 2020: just a normal day: Life lasts in Venezuela.

Although my post sounds sad and discouraging, this is my reality, the daily life of many Venezuelans who cannot emigrate, either for economic reasons, does not like to leave their country or because they simply refuse to surrender to the tyranny .

I start the day listening to the news, because I prefer to know the reality than to hide behind false realities; With so many follies and news that anyone shows, I would have already lost hope. I am looking for a grain of good faith to raise my hope that this situation will change; As in many days there is news that encourages you to move forward, to lift this country, others simply plummets and discourages you, and the cycle begins again day by day.

On a normal day, I have to work or in my case study, with great effort I move to the faculty, this shows how the universities of Venezuela are, which is still in the Ranking of the best Universities in the world, thanks to their teachers and students; But the reality now is that many of these teachers have emigrated for a better quality of life, can you imagine giving 25 years of life in an institution and when leaving your pension does not reach $ 10? Just imagine surviving the month with $ 10.

Once I leave class, we find out if the university canteen service is active, because in crisis the tyranny restricts resources to all universities, especially those that are opposed to the policies of tyranny, then it is a day hopefully if the dining room is in service. If not, you have to make a meal among everyone, I say among fellow students, we do what is known here in Venezuela as a "Cow", raise money to make food among all, and bon appetit.

Then, depending on the day there is still going to classes, if there is no class, because there are no teachers, or because there are manifestations in claim of some right in which I participate to some extent, because tyranny is relentless with dissent, especially with University student, you can disappear if you please; If there is no special event, we start studying, or do some assigned work or review the classes and prepare for the exams.

A primary activity for students in Venezuela is to seek their livelihood; and since we are in crisis, you have to spend valuable time looking for the lowest cost products, in that and queuing to buy them you can easily spend half a day. Thus comes a student's night in Venezuela, solving mathematical problems among friends and solving what to eat before going to sleep.
