We Have a Secret We Want To Share!
In the Steem Terminal people are always coming and going, but there are times people come into the Terminal and they find a "home" for a while. Often those who have found a home are here because they have a desire to help with those who have questions and organizing the contests/projects. You will find the HHYM invites and introductions, Redfish Rally, @wesphilbin's Thoughtful Daily Post, @jamerussell's Excellent Blogpost, @c0ff33a's Contest, @brittandjosie's Terminal Talk, the Spanish channel, @chrismadcboy2016's Game Night, and so much more. How do we, @thekittygirl, @brittandjosie, and I, @xcountytravelers, do it? We have help from some pretty amazing people.
Recently we recruited a young man who is full of light and lots of love for others and music. @joseacabrerav has taken on being the moderator for our Spanish Speaking channel. Because there is such a large Spanish speaking community in Steem and we believe in helping as many people as we possibly can in the Steem Terminal, we felt there was a need to get answers to as many of them as possible. Since @brittandjosie, @thekittygirl, @wesphilbin, @jamerussell, and myself do not speak Spanish, we decided we needed help. Jose was more than happy to help us out.
He is also promoting his music and the music of others by doing concerts once a month here in the Steem Terminal and at @innerblocks. Jose is a gifted singer and musician, but it's his love for others and concern for them achieving their goals that have all of us happy to have him here on the Steem Terminal Discord Server as a moderator. If you ever want to meet someone with a passion for music and others, come here and say hello to @joseacabrerav. You will find him in the Spanish and General Chat rooms.
Often there will be a person who joins in a contest that you find has so much energy and excitement for these contests that you just hunt to find a place for them within your team. @iamraincrystal is just one of these people. She was participating in the Redfish Rally and was extremely encouraging and friendly in the server. Rosey also was found going to other Ralliers and commenting on their posts trying to help them grow their number of comments. Often you would find her in the server assisting others with formatting, answering questions and all the things a good moderator would do. Unfortunately, since she was participating in the Rally, we did not feel we could ask her to join us until today. We were all so excited when she said she would join us. Because of her newness to Steem, we decided the best place for Rosey would be to assist the contestants in the future Redfish Rallies. She would be experienced in what is required and would be able to provide the much-needed encouragement

One of the things we just love about @iamraincrystal is that she is one happy person. She finds a way to see the sunshine, even on cloudy days. You need a positive bit of encouragement, you will find it when you talk with her. This young lady started out with C.T.P. and found her way into Steem through them. Contests seem to be her thing and she enters as many as she can.
