冬至包饺子 dumplings

冬至吃饺子，不是我南方的习惯，我家乡冬至是包粽子，和端午节粽子不同，端午节是碱水粽，冬至是肉粽。

周末约好在一个同事家里包饺子，炖羊肉。算起来包饺子没有想象中那么麻烦，早上去买了做馅的肉和蔬菜，回来剁碎，放点调料拌在一起，饺子皮是买现成的。不出一个小时就可以 包饺子，不算难，还是能包得像模像样的。
