社區模型，第一次見這樣用心的區議員

落樓下吃飯時，看到樓下有一個模型，我起初以為是樓盤宣傳。怎知走步時，才發覺是人手所做，而做的人竟然是由區議員的組織去做。

他是現時社區現任的區議員，稱為宋皇臺之虎，他拿出模型很用心向街坊解說。我也感到十分好奇，始終剛剛搬來這一區。也想了解一下未來的發展。

現時這區一個舊社區重建，面對是無敵的維多利亞海景，可是未來將會建一個超巨大的樓苑，即最左邊位置。他一建成，便完完全全阻擋著整個社區的無敵海景。而同時也會有一個宋皇臺地鐵站在附近建成。

剛剛查看維基，這一個宋皇臺站將於2021年啟用。看來這一個社區在未來兩年的變化將會相當巨大。
