情緒是一件很奇怪的事，可以令人完全失去工作能力，也可以令人超級抗奮，感到事事都可以成功。

最近在日常工作上沒有太大的變化，甚至可以說是比以往順利，不過，不知為何，情緒總是Down Down地，這樣的心態很累人，很多事也未必能做得好好。竟然無情情在思考時，也會睡著了。

努力在想方法，去脫離情緒低落的狀態。而這樣的狀態，亦包含了一些逃避的心理因素。自己，很不喜歡這樣的情況。因為每每便會諸事不順。

要盡快離開這樣的狀態。
