糖醋排骨+萝卜青菜汤
因为女儿喜欢吃糖醋排骨，所以过一段时间我就会做一份。
做糖醋排骨有很多种做法，我是用的一般家常的做法。
先将排骨过一次水，然后换水煮排骨，当然时间足够的换炖一下更好。
将排骨捞出，预备半碗排骨汤，剩下的排骨汤拿来煮萝卜青菜。
排骨里面加白糖，醋，少量料酒腌制。
锅里倒少量菜油，炒一下排骨，加排骨汤，加白糖，加醋，我还加了一点冰糖和红糖，因为加了料酒腌制所以我就没加盐和酱油。
大火熬制，因为加了冰糖就不要经常翻炒，最后看看汤不多的时候就小火收汤，最后装盘就好了。
应该放一点葱花和芝麻的，结果没准备充分，这次就这能这样了。
