不少朋友问我要多少钱
我说我是做最普遍的
就是最简单又便宜的那种
外墙防水漆
只刷一道
厂商说可撑8年
那是唬人的
其实最多4~5年
当和厂商谈好之后
厂商只给3年的保固
所以用那个厂牌的差异性不大
因为达不到3年的话
不是防水漆不好
是施工的人没做好
目前的防水漆
最便宜和最差的都能防漏5年以上
所以考验的是施工的技术
施工厂商的口碑很重要
要打听的是他的施工品质
而不是防水漆
自家找人来刷防水漆
防水漆的价差不到2个工钱
厂商不可能为了省那2个工钱
给你用杂牌的防水漆
所以都是那几个大牌子
重点是工人的施工技术
有没有确实地做好
