干煸四季豆

今天做的干煸四季豆,味道也不错 😄

制作过程:
1、 把四季豆洗净,去掉两头和丝,掰成段,备用
2、 葱姜蒜切末,备用,另外准备两颗红辣椒,也切成末,注意切辣椒的时候用手指肚按着辣椒,不要用指甲去掐,避免粘到皮肤,不然会火辣辣的,烧得疼。因为辣椒会产生一种辣椒素,会使微血管扩张,加速局部代谢,导致皮肤发红发热,还会刺激痛觉神经。一旦皮肤粘到辣椒,用食醋或者热水清洗。
3、 再准备一小块猪肉,也切成末
4、 热锅加油,大概7成热,把四季豆放进锅里,开小火煸,直到豆子表皮起皱,盛出来放碗里,备用
5、 热油,放葱姜蒜炝锅,再放进辣椒末,小火煸,再放入肉末,翻炒片刻,最后放入煸好的四季豆,大火翻炒,点些生抽和蚝油,最后放盐,出锅

四季豆含有大量的优质蛋白和一些不饱和脂肪酸,硫碘素、尼克酸以及视黄醇等物质的含量也很高(这些都是啥?😭),是一种营养价值很高的蔬菜。
