需要准备哑铃,长凳。

锻炼部位

主要锻炼手臂肌肉。

分解动作

  • 坐在长凳上,一只手拿哑铃手肘靠在同在大腿,另一只手放在同侧大腿做支撑。
  • 举起哑铃后再慢慢放下。
  • 重复以上动作。
