Recommendation : The Blacklist Series (2013 - 202?)

Hello everyone, I am excited to participate for the first time in this community, @knowhow92 told me about it. I love watching movies and series , that's how I usually spend my time at home at night cause it relaxes me. So when I heard about cinetv I loved the idea of writing reviews for my favorite movies/series and also read others reviews to start new.

The series I am gonna write about today is The Blacklist, a crime-mystery series created by Jon Bokenkamp. The last episode of season 9 will be released at 2nd of April 2021 and I am not sure if it will be the last of the whole series.

Plot: A mysterious and intelligent criminal called Raymond Reddington which has been on the top 10 most wanted criminals in the U.S. turns himself in and insists on talking exclusively with a new FBI profiler called Elizabeth Keen. Reddington makes a deal with the FBI to deliver other most wanted criminals and cases that they didn't previously know about in exchange for his immunity.

I think I started the series about one and a half month ago and it was easy to watch 9 seasons cause I felt that it keeps you in front of the screen with many plot twists and unexpected relevations. Of course as every series with long story and many seasons, it had it's downs at some points but I can generally say that is one of the best of its kind.

Cast: James Spader plays the role of the main character Raymond Reddington and his act is amazing. The second basic character Elizabeth Keen is played by Megan Boone but I can't say that her act skill are that good for this role. The other cast consist of many good actors like Harry Lennix, Susan Blommaert, Clark Middleton, Diego Klattenhoff.

To conclude, I believe that The Blacklist is worth watching if you enjoy mystery and crime plots. It has interesting plot twists all the time so you can never be sure what's going on and it keeps you on alert. If you don't like long and slowly evolving plots then you probably not gonna like it that much.

I might be back when I watch the last episode of season 8 (if it's gonna be the last of the series) and update my post. I can't wait until Blacklist releases their new episodes and I am always on the lookout for some new series (ideally in Netflix), so if you have any recommendations are more than welcome.
