When the Christmas season is in the past and the expectation of a new one comes into play year, we must reflect on the ministry of Jesus in three dimensions.

In the first dimension, Matthew referring to the prophet Isaiah presents Jesus as he who "will proclaim judgment to the nations" (v. 18. Ref. Isaiah 42: 1).

In the second dimension, Matthew continues to describe the ministry of Jesus saying: “No it will contain, nor will it speak, Nor will anyone hear its voice on the streets… ”(v. 19,20. Ref. Isaiah 42: 2,3). In the third dimension, present Jesus differently, returning from eternity to establish his Justice:

"Until what take out to victory the judgment" (v.20. Ref. Isaiah 42: 3).
