We all love drinking chilled water and especially during the Hot Summers. But do you know that drinking chilled or Cold Water has many negative impacts on our body? When we drink cold water, there is a temperature mismatch and it directly hits our digestive system. At the same time, our body also finds it's difficult to absorb cold water all of a sudden.

Nice post I'd like to add that the reasons why these things happen is because bodily processes are slowed down by cold water because the enzymes needed for speedy processing need heat. So the heart race reduces, digestion is slowed restricting your body's intake of nutrients and so those nutrients become stored as fat. Blood circulation is also impaired.
