Blue cheeses
Most people will think of Stilton Blue when we talk about blue cheeses.
I want to see how many people tried the following two cheeses and what’s their preference when comparing the two.
Here goes:
First one is Castello Blue (double creme)
Second one is Roquefort

I myself love Castello Blue but have not tried Roquefort. So can’t comment on which one I like better yet. But as soon as I can try Roquefort out, I’ll add my 2cts worth here
