I get 3% interest and no fees on my bank account. I'm still young though so they offer me shit to get me "on board" with em... lol
With some of these apps, they are paying like 8%-10% on your stable coins lol
I already have a crypto.com account (with you to blame for that 😉), and they offer 8% on DAI (Which is my favourite stablecoin as it's backed with Ether rather than "Promises"). This is almost as good as a Stocks and Shares ISA [A savings account, bit like an IRA but you can withdraw at any time] (Mine estimates 9.1% yearly returns after fees). The only problem would be that I'd have to hold it as USD, and not my own currency (£/GBP) so I'd have the Up/downside of USD/GBP too, which may or may not be a good thing.
One other thing would be that my money would be Uninsured (generally) and if the company went bust, I'd probably lose it, whereas with an ISA/Bank Account you can get £85k of money back for each institution that goes bust.
