SHESSSH! It's been a while since I did a "gym selfie" workout post. The main reason was because I got pretty lazy and didn't even workout for over a week. 🤦
The summer heat (It's over 100-105 degrees everyday) in Las Vegas and it can get pretty exhausting just going outside the house.
Is this just an excuse? Why yes it is! 😅
Well, it's time to get back on the saddle and lift these stupid things back and forth for over an hour. LOL
Doing some shoulder presses of 60's (Total 120 LBS) over my head for 10-12 times with 4 sets.
These are pretty easy to do, I should increase it to 150 LBS but with my old ass age, I don't want to hurt myself 🤣 ... maybe next time. 🤷♂️
