Cuando me pregunto a mí misma ¿qué me empodera? Me viene a la mente solo una cosa...

When I ask myself what empowers me? Only one thing comes to mind...

Confianza en mis capacidades.

Confidence in my abilities.

Tengo plena confianza en mí, en mis capacidades y eso me permite tomar las decisiones de mi vida, con plena libertad y consciente de que debo asumir los triunfos y fracasos de mis actos. He disfrutado, he reído, he llorado, he amado y odiado, he ganado y también perdido, he acertado y muchas otras veces me he equivocado... todo esto me permite sentirme viva, aprender de los errores y disfrutar de las cosas más sencillas de la vida.

I have full confidence in myself, in my abilities and that allows me to make the decisions of my life, with full freedom and aware that I must assume the triumphs and failures of my actions. I have enjoyed, I have laughed, I have cried, I have loved and hated, I have won and also lost, I have been right and many other times I have been wrong... all this allows me to feel alive, to learn from my mistakes and to enjoy the simplest things in life.

Siempre me he sentido capaz de hacer y lograr lo que me proponga, aunque en el camino caiga, sé que podré levantarme, sacudirme el polvo y continuar con más fuerzas y es que todos somos capaces de hacer cosas increíbles, indistintamente de tu género o religión. Si te fijas las grandes personalidades, los grandes científicos y las mentes más brillantes de la historia, han sido personas como tú y como yo, seres humanos nacidos de una madre y un padre... ¿qué los ha hecho especiales? El dedicarse a algo y el tener confianza en sí mismos, aun cuando el mundo entero pensara que su proyecto era algo imposible.

I have always felt capable of doing and achieving whatever I set out to do, even if I fall along the way, I know that I will be able to get up, shake off the dust and continue with more strength and that is that we are all capable of doing incredible things, regardless of your gender or religion. If you look at the great personalities, the great scientists and the most brilliant minds in history, they have been people like you and me, human beings born of a mother and a father... what has made them special? Being dedicated to something and having confidence in themselves, even when the whole world thought their project was something impossible.

Cada uno de nosotros tiene un motor que nos mueve hacia nuestros intereses, haciéndonos capaces de alcanzar grandes cosas. Si tu motor no está encendido, te invito a que tomes las llaves y le des arranque, toma el control de tu vida y dirígela hacia donde quieras, confía en ti e inténtalo sin dudar, tantas veces como sea necesario, en cada intento, procura corregir las fallas del anterior y seguro triunfarás. Hoy es el momento para iniciar los proyectos que tienes en mente, tú eres fuerte, yo soy fuerte, unidos somos más fuertes, cuando concienticemos sobre la solidaridad y la importancia de trabajar en equipo, llevaremos al mundo a otro nivel.

Each of us has an engine that moves us towards our interests, making us capable of achieving great things. If your engine is not running, I invite you to take the keys and start it, take control of your life and direct it where you want, trust you and try without hesitation, as many times as necessary, in each attempt, try to correct the failures of the previous one and you will surely succeed. Today is the time to start the projects you have in mind, you are strong, I am strong, together we are stronger, when we become aware of solidarity and the importance of teamwork, we will take the world to another level.
