Lifestyle challenge week #136 / Lifestyle Challenge Woche #136
Hello,
it was a very busy week. I was on the road for 3 days until we were all banned from traveling. Now we can work at home because of the corona virus
I only went to the gym 2 times, where I trailed my back and legs. From this week on I have to change my training plan. Will unpack my kettlebell and train with it. Maybe a little body weight training, which I always wanted to try, but where I had no motivation.
The main project was stopped because of the corona situation. I have a lot of stress here now because it can go down very quickly without any influence whatsoever.
As I said, there is a lot going on in my life right now, at work and in my private life and I can hardly do anything new.
Steem like the entire crypto world is changing, I can't say whether it's good or bad.

es war eine sehr anstrengende Woche. Ich war 3 Tage unterwegs bis wir alle eine Reise Verbot bekommen haben. Jetzt dürfen wir auch Zuhause arbeiten wegen dem Coronavirus.
Ich war nur 2 mal ins Fitnessstudio wo ich mein Rücken und die Beine traiiert habe. Ab diese Woche muss ich mein Trainingsplan ändern. Werde mein Kettlebell wieder auspacken und damit trainieren. Vielleicht auch ein bisschen Körpergweicht Training, was ich immer probieren wollte, aber wo ich keine Motivation hatte.
Das Hauptprojekt ist wegen der Corona Situation erstmal gestoppt. Ich habe hier jetzt viel Stress weil es kann sehr schnell nach unten gehen, ohne dass ich irgendwie ein Einfluß nehmen kann.
Wie gesagt, in meinem Leben ist viel los momentan, im Beruf sowie im Privatleben und kann fast nichts mehr neues machen.
Steem wie die gesamte Crypto Welt ist im Wandeln, ob es gut oder schlecht ist, kann ich nicht sagen.

It was good. If we would like to talk about the internet, then I have spent most of the week on Uptrennd, instead of the Steem blockchain. The community is real on Uptrennd. The amount of real human comments and the real human interaction is outstanding on Uptrennd. Nowadays the Steem blockchain feels like a ghost town. Nowadays the real human comments are rare on the Steem blockchain.
